What is a Go Bag?

A go bag is essentially a portable emergency kit designed to provide you with the necessities you might need in unexpected situations while traveling. While the concept is popular among emergency preparedness advocates, a travel-oriented go bag can be a valuable tool for anyone on the move. It typically includes important documents, emergency supplies, and basic necessities that can help you navigate unforeseen circumstances.
 

Helping Children

In August, Los Angeles Federal Credit Union (LAFCU) raised $15,100 for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). The funds came from donations in their branches, by phone, through the transfer/donation tab in their mobile app and online banking, and from a PayPal link on their website. Initially, $10,100 was raised with an additional $5,000 matched from the Los Angeles Charitable Association, Inc. (LACA), the credit union’s 501(c)3 nonprofit charity.

CHLA is a worldwide leader in pediatric and adolescent health. Their mission is to build hope and healthier futures for all children which includes providing:
